- Becoming Stress-Resilient Next, participants will discuss ways to reduce the impact of stress, including becoming better at managing change, coping with anger, reducing worry, and enhancing problem-solving skills.
- Ways to Manage Stress This module will look at some things participants can do when they feel stressed, such as relaxation techniques, humor, and engaging in supportive relationships. We will also explore the effects of nutrition, sleep, and exercise on stress.
