Pass your exams or your money back
We are so confident that you will succeed with our TestOut products that we are offering you the following money-back guarantee:
- Fail your certification exam and we will refund the price of your TestOut product.
The (not very) small print:
- Use TestOut to prepare for a certification exam and complete two complete Typical Exams with a score of 90% or more - we can verify your scores through our online management tool.
- Send us a copy of the failed exam report issued by an Authorised Testing Centre (such as Vue or Prometric) ? Take the certification exam within twelve months of purchasing the TestOut product.
- If the TestOut product was purchased as part of a bundle (e.g. MCSA with four products included), we will refund an equivalent proportion of the bundle purchase price (for MCSA, 25% of the bundle price).
- ExamPass applies to single-user, web-enabled TestOut products for individual use in the UK and the USA - please contact us on 020 7887 7999 for information about ExamPass with multi-user licences.
- This guarantee is not available for Windows 2000 study products.
- TestOut CDs must be activated within two years of purchase to qualify for the ExamPass guarantee.
- The ExamPass guarantee is only included with TestOut products purchased direct from gtslearning
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
