In today’s world, change is inevitable and often difficult to deal with. During this one-day course, participants will learn how to implement, manage, and cope with change.

Course contents
- Ways of Looking at Change To begin, participants will explore various change models, including William Bridges’ three-phase model and Claus Janssen’s four-room apartment model.
- Making the Change This module will examine the process of making a change, from identifying the need, to establishing a vision and goals, to creating and implementing a change strategy.
- Making Change Easier If you’re the one leading the change, there are some skills that you can develop to make change easier on others, including planning skills, communication skills, and empowerment tools.
- Coping with Change During this module, participants will learn how to build resiliency, deal with reactions, make adjustments, and cope with stress.
- Maintaining a Sense of Control This module will offer some ways to help you feel in control during the change process.
