GoLive CS2 Advanced

This 1-day course builds on the concepts and skills taught in GoLive CS2: Basic. Students will learn how to create components and templates, and apply Smart Objects, forms, and rollovers. They will also learn how to work with multimedia files and layers, extend GoLive, and apply meta elements.

On course completion, students will learn how to:

• Create and apply components and page templates.
• Insert and edit Smart Objects, convert a Smart Object to a regular object, and work with sliced Photoshop Smart Objects.
• Create interactive forms, apply a variety of input fields, define the tabbing order of form fields, and create access keys.
• Define rollover states, create self rollovers and remote rollovers, add messages to a rollover state, and create user-triggered actions.
• Add multimedia to your pages, such as Flash, Windows Media, and QuickTime files.
• Insert and modify layers, position layers on a page, set a layer’s visibility, and create actions to control visibility dynamically.
• Edit head elements in a page, and specify keywords and a description for your Web site.

Target audience

Students should have attended ‘GoLive CS2 Basic’ or have equivalent knowledge or experience with Adobe GoLive CS2
