This 2-day course will introduce delegates to the activities and techniques that make for effective team building. This will focus on individual actions and team actions that help build effective teams.

Target audience

Participants need to be working in teams and have an interest in making their teams more effective. For maximum effectiveness all members of a team should participate in this course at the same time. Research has shown that if just a few select individuals attend "Team Building Techniques" rather than a complete team, it produces slower results than if the whole team attends.
