Introduction

Branding your business is one of the most important investments your company can make. Marketing experts estimate that a good brand can be worth as much as 75% of a corporation’s paper value, making branding an important part of any corporation. Our branding courseware provides an introduction to company branding, and features a fully-customizable courseware for trainers that can be used along a self-paced self-study guide that lets students study on their own for a blended learning experience.

We’ve designed this two-day branding workshop and courseware to help instructors give students hands-on tools to create a brand from start to finish. During the first day, participants will learn what’s at the heart of strategic branding development: the product’s benefits and features; value, mission, and vision statements; and a unique attitude and style. Students will also receive and introduction to graphic design, featuring a lesson plan on creating a brand name and slogan, an introduction to the color spectrum, information on common font types, and a discussion of image perception theory.

The second day focuses on putting brand management into practice through customer touchpoints, using evaluation tools (like SWOT analysis and the balanced scorecard), and keeping the brand updated. When finished, students will be able to not only create, but also live and sustain a strong branding identity.

Target audience
